Reserva is garnet red with a brownish hue. French and American oak are used during the long oak aging process. A complex and velvety wine, with plenty of red berries in the aroma. Beautiful warm spices and a light aroma of the undergrowth shine through their shadow. The taste is round, mineral and berry, with a note of cocoa in the aftertaste. Long and full, with soft ripened tannins. An excellent companion to veal steak, beef ribs and long-braised lamb shanks. Serving temperature 16-18 °C.
