It is the wine with which Belisario experienced the greatest emotions. It was the first Verdicchio in the “Riserva” typology. Produced since 1988 only with Verdicchio grapes vinified with the cryomaceration method. It matures in steel and partly in toasted oak barrels for at least one year and is refined for another year in the bottle. The complexity of the production is the complexity of its organoleptic heritage: Marche hills, Mediterranean sun, floral aromas, vanilla, great structure, sapid, persuasive, harmonious. To be consumed with very elaborate fish dishes, white meats, semi-mature cheeses, strong first courses at temperatures around 15° C.
