THE VINIFICATION OF MARCO BOCCIOLO GRASPAROSSA DOC C. SCANDIANO CANOSSA ROSSO DOLCE 2017 BEGINS WITH THE CAREFUL SELECTION OF GRASPAROSSA GRAPES, KNOWN FOR THEIR RICH, AROMATIC PROFILE. THE GRAPES UNDERGO A GENTLE PRESSING FOLLOWED BY FERMENTATION AT CONTROLLED TEMPERATURES TO PRESERVE THEIR FRESH, FRUITY CHARACTER. THE WINE IS THEN AGED IN STAINLESS STEEL TANKS TO MAINTAIN ITS NATURAL SWEETNESS AND VIBRANT FLAVOR PROFILE.
