Special limited-edition bottling of single malt Scotch whisky that was released as part of a collaboration between Diageo and US TV network HBO, producers of the enormously successful Game of Thrones series. The golden amber appearance is reinforced on the nose which delivers soft honeyed aromas with a gentle wisp of toasted oak. On the palate is opens with baked apple & warming spices like cinnamon and allspice that then quickly evolves into a rich caramel character with hints of clove and red apples. It has a gentle malty biscuit finish.
