Vinification: Harvest at night in order to preserve all the aromas of the mature grapes. Selection of plots for the vinification for enhancing the grapes aromatic expressions. Fermentation in stainless-steel vats at low temperature to preserve the natural aromas and to keep the fruity side of the wine. Colour : Green gold colour with a great depth, clear and bright. Nose : Pleasant with aromatic lime, grapefruit and hint of asparagus notes. Palate : Surprising persistence. Lime and verbena aromas blended with a soft freshness.
