Pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections. It has a very fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it is decisive and the notes of grapefruit, jasmine, apple and wisteria are predominant. These organoleptic scents mix with the scents of yeast that come from the refermentation technique. On the palate the bubbles spread harmoniously and the fresh tactile sensations are due to the right balance between acidity and flavor. On the nose the fruity sensations are persistent.
