The wine is made exclusively from Stellenbosch fruit with a focus on selecting cultivars with more fruit and floral aromas and clean gentleness to achieve the desired taste profile. A touch of Merlot adds blush to the Colombard base. It has a bright salmon pink color with an energetic mousse. The nose offers a fruity and floral characters reminiscent of freshly cut strawberries, red apples and rosewater.
