Blanc de noirs from the large Montresor company, characterized by fairly intense and quite broad notes of yeasts, citrus fruits, licorice root, with some buttery suggestions. With a good minerality, it is appreciated for a very well dosed freshness, and for a soft and persistent sip. The finish leaves the mouth fresh, with a very light sugar residue. A little pimply bubble.
