Colour is medium pink with summertime aromatics of ripe red apple, candied cherry, raspberry and a hint of strawberry yoghurt. On the palate it is a dry wine, light to medium bodied, with a flavour profile of sour cherry, nectarine and pomegranate with elements of ruby grapefruit on the finish. This wine is ready to drink now but will develop further over the next two years.
