From the Auchentoshan distillery in the Scottish Lowlands comes a triple distilled single malt Scotch whisky aged entirely in first fill American oak casks. A light, bright whisky with plenty of vanilla sweetness at its centre - great as an aperitif dram. Nose: Oranges and lemons, toffee chunks and milk chocolate. Wafts of grassy air and clotted cream. Palate: Bounty bars, more citrus peels and peaches. A little bit buttery, with golden barley and oak spice developing on the mid palate. Finish: Lasting notes of grapefruit and toffee pennies.
