Doluca Karma is a balanced blend of the Shiraz and Bogazkere grapes harvested in Denizli. This wine is full-bodied, strong with a long-lasting taste. The palate contains vanilla, coffee, roasted hazelnut kernels, dry plums and chocolate. The wine has a dark ruby color as a result of long maceration. With its powerful structure and long finish, also it has fruity aromas as a result of Australian Shiraz. Eye: dark red. Nose: coffee, roasted hazelnuts, dried plums, vanilla and chocolate. Palate: full-bodied, strong, full-bodied, spicy, long finish. Goes well with: meat dishes, pizzas, pasta dishes with meat and cheese sauces, spicy cheeses, smoked cheese, Asian meat dishes
