Psagot Rosé PR is a premium blend of red grape varieties grown in vineyards north of Jerusalem and harvested at optimal ripeness. 20% of the wine was aged for about 3.5 months in oak barrels which gives it a soft structure and a rounded body. This refreshing and crisp wine features an elegant body and mineral flavor, complemented by a bouquet of flowers, citrus, and forest fruits. It is an excellent choice for pairing with a fine meal.
