This Gavi is coming from vineyards of the San Cristoforo municipality, on the left bank of the Lemme torrent, has an ecosystem viticulture that, thanks to the alluvial nature of the soil and the favorable microclimate, allows to get a Gavi docg of constant quality and intense perfumes. TASTING NOTES: Brilliant straw yellow color. Its aroma is elegant with citrus and pears williams. Its taste is fresh and dry, tastyly soft, rather savory with good minerality.
