Manual harvesting of the grapes. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, without contact with the lees. Subsequently the wine ages for six months in stainless steel containers before bottling. Tasting Notes: Colour: Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Bouquet: Notes of white flowers and chamomile, with hints of pear, honey and almond. Taste: Fresh, mineral, savory and harmonious, with a herbaceous reminiscence and a pleasantly dry and almondy finish. Gastronomic combinations: Particularly indicated with the sweet note of crustaceans and seafood risottos of vegetable soups and creams, it is also excellent with fatty cheeses and oriental dishes, spicy and seasoned with soy sauce.
